Shrimp/prawns? Etc. Seeing these pictures I'm confident you'll be blown away by how many different kinds of delicious foods we have here in China if you ever come for a visit🤣

I think one of the fortunate things about living in London is that you can eat out at a restaurant specialising in food from probably 90% of counties in the world (and even restaurants specialising in specific regions of countries) within an hour or two radius. I have always thought it would be good one day to start at A and eat the alphabet... Like Angola, Botswana, Cambodia, Denmark etc.... it would take a few years but we quite fun.

We went to a restaurant for Christmas lunch, but Mrs Davo made a rather magnificent Beef Wellington for Boxing Day evening, which was great after getting home from the Valley.
Served simply with roasties, green beans, a rich beef gravy and horseradish.
Here you go.... (and yes, the extra bit of pastry on one plate was me being greedy).

Not a huge fan of veg except the frozen mixed, but it's a start.2 -

I would likely have a heart attack or run out of money before the end if I tried it concurrently hence my timeline.

Well, we ballsed up the turkey but we nailed the New Years Day lamb. Gorgeous.2

Terrific that you've snuggled everything up together on half the plate.
Is it a 'keeping everything warm penguin style' trick?3 -
