I dont know how many rounds it lasts for yet the 1st / 2nd rounds are usually North / South regionalised so we wouldnt be able to get Man Utd till the later rounds0 -

Looking at last years 2nd round fixtures i believe this to be true. The second round draw included the 35 winners from the first round plus the Premier League clubs that are not competing in European competitions: the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League. No you cant. Charlton can only draw a team that finish below 12th in the Champ last season, as we are seeded.
