Complete line ups that you can still remember

Are there any complete line ups from years ago that you can remember? It's trickier these days with squad rotations, but here's three from my youth.

Here's three that I still have in my brain with no googling:

Charlton 1961: Duff, Sewell, Hewie, Tocknell, Hinton, Bailey, Lawrie, Matthews, Leary, Edwards, Kinsey
Liverpool 1964: Lawrence, xx, Byrne, Milne, Yeats, Leishman, Callaghan, Hunt, St John, Melia, A’Court
England 1966: Banks, Cohen, Wilson, Stiles, J. Charlton, Moore, Ball, Bell, R.Charlton, Hurst, Peters,

I wish I could think of the Liverpool right back!!!

    69/69 - the year I started going.

If only we had had a sh*t team that year, then I may not have followed in my dad's footsteps and supported Charlton but would have supported Spurs instead (as most of my schoolmates did). How things would have been different.

Mind you, I've never really regretted it! (Well, only occasionally!)

  • So many that started:
    Bolder, Humphrey, Reid, Shirtliff,.....................
  • Seaman

    Neville
    Adams
    Southgate
    Pearce

    Anderton
    Ince
    Gascoigne
    McManaman

    Shearer
    Sheringham

    v Holland Euro 96
  • Kiely; Powell, Young, Brown, Fish; Konchesky, Kinsella, Parker, Jensen, Johansson; Euell.

    Arsenal 2-4 in Nov 2001.

No worries Bell was 20 years old so not quite established. Paine of Saints was in the squad as was Greavsie who Sir Alf left out in favour of the two bigger target men Hurst and Hunt.
  • Welling united v Blackburn.......

Barron, McDonald, Horton, glover, ransom, burgess, handford, white, Reynolds, Robbins, booker.

The other 11 are quite hard - I think there was:

Springett, Greaves, Paine, Flowers, Labone, Bonnetti (I think), Armfield, Eastham, Hunter, Callaghan + ??

Agree on Lawler right back 1964/65 however he only played 6 games 1963/64 so I reckon the two full backs would have been Gerry Byrne and Ronnie Moran.
  • I can't even remember what I had for breakfast!

He was left back, I thought, but maybe he was right back and someone else played left back. I may have to get in the loft tonight to find the programme.

Come to think of it I enjoyed a glass of apple and barley grass juice, a Berocca tab, an l-arginine pill, a 5-htp pill and two Golden Virginia roll ups!

    Tasty!
