Something occurred to me as I am out walking the dog. It isn't worth getting worked up about signings until after July 1st, RD will probably not want to pay an extra months wages if he doesn't have to. So any free transfers may officially join about then, even any network signings may be delayed until then to aid with FFP.0

I think that even if he signed free transfers now, they wouldn't be paid by Charlton until the 1st July anyway (after their contracts expire). Frank and Rio to QPR was the most predictable rumour of the summer. Lampard will probably sign another year for Chelsea. Can see Rio and Joe Cole ending up at QPR.

Roland has been quoted as saying that even players available on free transfers are too expensive to comply with FFP guidelines and he is now looking for talented young (Belgian) youngsters from the same family as the coach and assistant coach (obviously) who can pay him a fee to play for CAFC.
