Would say so, but then I do study in-depth (not so much the world cup mind, lol) and make a good living from gambling and tipping. As in every tournament around the world, value is to be had early on before the odds level out with the early results. It's played well into bookies hands the tournament, no real consistency to the corners. Having said that I've just put a few bets on the Spain v Aus game:
Spain to score 2+ in the first half 5/2
First goal to be scored in the first ten minutes 11/4
No Australia goalscorer 5/4
Spain to win both halves 21/10
SkyBet are refunding bets if Spain don't win this game.

I never bet silly money . Usually no more than a fiver or Tenner. I put £100 in my Betfair account at the start of the World Cup and i have £60 still in there with tonight's bets already placed. I don't think Argentina will let you down but i can see a dodgy draw in the Germany v USA game. Usually do the last game with all outcomes, they also do 'Cash Out' but you can take whatever percentage you like as long as its not in play.
Im probably up about £400 in the past week but could have been closer to a grand if Id cashed out at the right time. you have to go for the rollover pools, for instance there is four game pool starting Saturday with £150'000 rollover, if you get past the first two games like I have done in the past its pretty scary the amount offered, obviously you need some decent ones going your way, like 2-2 Germany Ghana, Brazil Mexico 0-0

on the 5 games last Saturday/Sunday I permed all outcomes HDA, except Ghana to beat Germany (who I backed in a single to cover it) 162 bets @50p
Paid £190, and I couldn't lose after the Germany Draw as I had every outcome covered. You just have to hope the pool is decreasing with every outcome, obviously if every favourite won the pay out would decrease, that's the risk.0 -
