Can we recall Morrison from Brum, play him in defence and push TBH into midfield, as clearly he's got good ball skills and likes making runs up the pitch!

    Someone likes playing Football Manager?

That's a big ask to expect a 32 year old CB to suddenly turn into a box to box midfield dynanmo!

Bet at his age TBH is quite happy sitting at the back and making the occasional cameo run upfield.

  • He's a class above in this league, but we can't expect to keep hold of players of his calibre. It'll be hard to adapt without him, and we have JJ out.. one more injury along the centre and we may hit trouble . I think that stint from Coq will see him on other teams radars even in the PL tbh.

There's always young gun Jack Munns to step in.

You know, the lad who makes Solly seem like Bikey.

Presumably Buyens and Cousins will play CM tomorrow. Hardly the end of the world.

If you think that Cocquelin and Cousins are as good as each other I suggest you count the number of times each one gave the ball away when in possession.

Buyens and Cousins in CM, Gud left, Wilson right or Harriott left, Gud right, George up top. Hardly the end of the world.

George won't start. He didn't even make the bench at Forest. Harriott will stay up front with Igor and Bulot will play on the left wing.
  • Will get shot down for this but Pigott to start maybe...

Could Gomez play in midfield I wonder?

He's been injured since he signed his contract hasn't he?

Why would he go back especially with Jackson out and Buyens not 100% no logic

Mate I reckon it's got something to do with myself and his misses on the train. To Nottingham last week ?

He could be first choice right away@ the Gunners, they have about a dozen expensive midfielders injured a t m

Hugely disappointing. Maybe as way of apology they'll let us have him for free in January
  • Disappointing. Can we loan him back in January?

Hmmm it could all be coming out now... How do you know what his misses has said... Is that the real reason Francis has left Charlton to get her away from you? ;)

Rate Coq as better than Buyens and Cousins hands down.

I wanted Coq and Cousins in the CM roles- tenacious, hungry, driving us forward.

    Real shame

Best player I've seen in a Charlton shirt for a while. Shame.
