    I'm genuinely saying it, not only because it's one of the least funny programmes on tv, but because it is seemingly always being repeated. The trouble with friends as a sitcom is that it's all situation and no comedy. I understand why it appeals to people who have been in that situation or who think it would be fun to be in that situation, but I watch comedies to have a laugh and that's the one thing that Friends consistently fails to deliver.
    I think Ross is hilarious. His reactions and comments make me laugh. I've never been in any of the situations he finds himself in, I just genuinely think his character is funny.

    That's an odd one because the tv series was appalling, but the original radio ones were brilliant. It just didn't translate.
    Shows it's a case of each to their own because we love it and find it extremely funny.

    I kid you not - I forgot some cans I left outside the kitchen door over Christmas so brought them in last night and without looking the first sip was against a slug (tiny though)

    Unfortunately, he finds out his hamster is dying so sets out with the hamster to fulfil its bucket list, with grandma hill in tow! Biggest bunch of beep i have seen in my beeping life!

    Speaking of Harry 'I think I'm funny' Hill, did anyone see stars in their eyes last night, he turned what was once an okish talent show into s show all about him with pathetic sketches, completely ruined it.

    I really do like Mrs browns boys. Should I seek therapy? Agree that Miranda is unbelievably shyte. Tried watching Trollied recently. Great cast but just don't get it.

    A few of my favourites that have got very underserved mentions IMO: the office, dad's army and inbetweeners!


    Like friends but there are a lot of people especially blokes who don't get it and I can kind of understand why, but I've grown up watching it so always liked it.

    As for Harry Hill, he has lost the plot now but he used to find some hilarious things on TV on his TV burp in the early series of it - anyone else or was it just me, that too did lose it's way at the end and became tedious mind..

    Miranda's DVD was the top seller this Christmas, who the actual feck bought it?!

    I actually liked Friends, thought it was pretty funny.

    American version of Inbetweeners was painstakingly dreadful.

    Russell Howards Good News is anything but.

    And Gavin & Stacey.....just because James Corden was in it.

    Also for any US based Addicks, have any of you had the misfortune to watch the 'comedy' show on Fox called Mulaney? Surely the worst comedy of all time!

    My first act after going down to the kitchen in the morning is evicting several slugs from the tops. Bloody damp cold cornish cottages.
