They'd come by free coach and were in my opinion more interested in provoking a reaction from Charlton fans, they knew everyone was trying to ignore them/getting pissed off with them. Really really unpleasant oxygen thieves. There was a middle-aged bloke (one of their dads?) in Stone Island clobber standing with them and scanning the crowd everytime they shouted abuse to see if there was a reaction.
With everything else going on, having vermin like this at games really is the icing on the cake!
Calling a player names is one thing, threatening a sexual attack on a players wife is not even remotely acceptable.

It will and should be dealt with internally, There should be a suggestion of a public apology although cannot be enforced.

I personally felt the performance was so poor that I did not want to clap the players off.
Decided it was a more powerful gesture by refusing to clap them and shaking my head in disappointment towards them.
Cannot see the point of giving them verbal abuse.

Exactly. Had the same problem after the Oldham game on a packed bus back to Manchester. These twats constantly singing the Lisbie and Ambrose songs to the obvious distress of local old ladies on the bus, but there was just me and my brother, and 10-15 of them, and I am not NLA. Still pissed off with myself that I didn't do anything, but it only takes one blade.boggzy said:
