So so refreshing to see sportsmen and women dedicated to their sports so happy to medal. I've loved seeing the interviews with them, all so proud to represent GB.

Such fine margins in so many Olympic events.

Must be anice incredible feeling to have four years of such hard work and dedication pay off.

I would like to personally thank every member of the Team GB women's hockey team for their performance this evening.

If you could all forward your contact details I will be in touch to make sure your efforts are appropriately rewarded pretty much immediately.

Fantastic result in the diving. Incredible story that one of them was on the point of death, and now an olympic champion. Team GB.

Double Sculls neck and neck final just squeezed out to silver. Great effort
  • Huge credit to Katherine Grainger for the five medals but for the media to say she's the most decorated Female Olympian for Team GB is for me well wide of the mark.

When the usual Medal table is completed its Gold Medals first, then Silvers, then Bronze to determine the placings.

On that basis Katherine still only has one Gold medal whilst others have more Golds (i.e. Holmes / Pendleton) etc. so should be behind them in the all time list.

Joshua Buatsi, our light heavyweight boxer-wow, what a performance/KO.

He's ranked 18 in the world and he's just demolished the world number 3.

GB Rugby in the Final. Beat NZ 7-5. Fiji look unstoppable though, will take a huge effort to get the gold.
