    Thanks Tom, yes shame about the blunder. I did think about going for the win but you were left with a fairly easy perpetual check so best to call it a day there.

    I have been playing behind closed doors friendlies in preparation for the next tournament, won all 5 and ahem, the last in 9 moves.

    Not bragging of course, setting himself up nicely for a good thrashing in the next game;)
