Was with a Charlton mate in the pub last night and he said to me what is my best 11 players I've seen in Charlton colours.
It was a good 20 minutes till I got a team up so here it is.

There is so many first 11's I could have picked.

Started going to watch Charlton when I was about 15, in 2011, so can't really comment on before then, but thought I'd add my best of the last decade:

CB: Bauer (Gomez possibly considering what he's gone on to, but probably didn't play enough games for us)

are we picking them based on how good they were when with us?
for example Lee Bowyer went on to be a much better player at Leeds and John Barnes went on to be a much worse player at Charlton0 -
