Disgusted at this, I wanted promotion via the play offs this season, armoured with the signings of Maddison for £2.5m on £20k a week, Harlee Dean for £2m, Parrott on loan from Spurs and was disappointed we didn't nick Jarrod Bowen off of Hull ahead of West Ham, regardless of the £20m fee, it's nothing in today's game.
Instead we're at 2 years off our plan, and the earliest Nimer is looking to get into the Prem is 2022. This is what you get when you dick about with loan signings and DON'T commit in the January window. It's just the same as being under RD, it's RD mark 2, they're all PR and no substance.

This ties in with the noises around sustainability but also suggests we won't be throwing millions at it anytime soon.
