So just thought for the Gibraltar Open it as the opening 2 days are crazy it would just be simpler to update at the end of the day.
So after day 1 going into Sundays final day
Ben Woollaston v Thepchaiya Un-Nooh Fergal O'Brien v Kyren Wilson
Lyu Haotian v David Grace Tian Pengfei v Mark Williams
Then again tomorrow you have more 1st/2nd and 3rd round matches and after that we will end the day with another 8 players to complete the final 2 quarters of Sundays final day
I heard there was a game without a ref? The players spotted balls for each other, just like playing in the local club.
There was more than one A number of refs were unable to turn up due to flight restrictions so the outside tables had roaming refs this morning as the refs that where there had to have a rest in between matches, which meant that players where picking the balls out for their opponents, appalling really and not acceptable at a ranking event no mater what the circumstances are.
Neal Fould tried to justify it by saying the playerd are used to it in practice they usually pick the balls out for each other, but this isn't practice its a serious ranking event, what if there was a foul and a miss on one of the roaming tables and the balls needed to be replaced would they expect the 2 players to figure it out between themselves
Xiao Guodong 4-2 Tom Ford David Grace 4-1 Lyu Haotian Liang Wenbo 4-2 Ashley Hugill Judd Trump 4-1 Li Hang Jimmy Robertson 4-1 Rory McLeod Kyren Wilson 4-3 Fergal O'Brien Mark Williams 4-3 Tian Pengfei Thepchaiya Un-Nooh 4-2 Ben Woollaston
Following today’s advice from the UK Government, there will be no access for fans at this week’s Coral Tour Championship.
At 5pm today the government advised the public to avoid pubs, clubs, theatres and other such social venues. We have reacted to this advice with the decision to close the doors at Venue Cymru in Llandudno to all fans.
We realise this will be disappointing to fans but we must act according to the latest government advice.
World Snooker and Barry Hearn have a big decision to make.
Cancelling or Postponing(although if you postpone when do you have 17 free days to fit it in) The World Championships would be a massive thing, but how can it be played behind closed doors the Worls Championship is all about the Crucible Theatre atmosphere

I think they have to play it. As you say, it's not easy finding seventeen free days. It's great telly so I'd be quite happy watching it without the audience.
And its over the one sport thing that was left has gone.
CORAL TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP POSTPONED
Tuesday 17 Mar 2020 10:15AM
WST and ITV Sport have taken the decision to postpone this week’s Coral Tour Championship in Llandudno as a precaution against the spread of coronavirus.
The event was due to run from Tuesday to Sunday this week, televised by ITV4.
Following Monday’s announcement from the UK government that public are advised to avoid pubs, clubs, theatres and other such social venues, we have liaised with ITV Sport and come to the decision to postpone the event, with new dates of July 21st to 26th this year at the same venue.
We appreciate this is very short notice and a disappointment for the fans and the television audience, however the assessment could only be made at short notice after yesterday’s announcement from the government which came at 5pm.
The box office at Venue Cymru in Llandudno will contact ticket holders . Those tickets will be transferred automatically to the rescheduled dates. Fans who are unable to attend in July can contact the box office after April 1st for a refund.
Announcements on future events including the World Championship will be made in due course, with all scenarios to be considered depending on further government advice.

For the first few days they were letting 100 people in only, but as from tomorrow no one will be allowed in.
Will be interesting to see if they take the same stance with the Tour Championship now
