Not once did Taylor say sorry, or apologise at all, in that video. Fuck him

That is patently NOT true. He played in all the last three games for Wimbledon that season. Why post something like that that is so easy to check and disprove?11 -

'I don't expect any sympathy' and then goes on to to outline exactly why he deserves sympathy and how difficult a decision it's been to refuse to do his job for a couple of weeks before getting millions of quid, knowing full well he could see out a couple of games with us and still get his cash. That's his choice, I get it, but don't pop up now trying to give your side of it saying you've been up to 5am worrying. Be a dick, take the commentary that goes with it and piss off. I'd actually respect him a lot more if he shrugged his shoulders and pointed at the bag of money he's getting. If his long term knee injury was so devastating as to make him concerned that one more knock could end his career, maybe it's so bad he won't pass a medical. That would be interesting.
Could you imagine how funny it would be if he failed his medical!

a lot of outlets now picking the story up and most are in agreement that its wrong what he is doing.1
-
No wonder him and Southall clashed, both so arrogant as to think all their actions are justified, but instead just self centred, greedy businessmen essentially. I can see the text from Southall now to Lyle "welcome to my world mate, lol", which will be an even bigger kick in the teeth for him. To become the person you despise, ouch.1

If there arent many then actually getting us in the Championship has hurt the players more financially as a result as they'll be on less in League One than what they were on last time1 -

Grant played against Peterborough the weekend before moving. If I remember rightly he missed training on the Friday to agree terms but Bowyer asked him to play as Taylor was suspended0

What makes it even galling is he refers to his knee injury that he picked up whilst playing for Monserat. A injury that meant he missed half the season & one of the reasons why we are now in the bottom 3.
Any decent person would take this into account & say......"do you know what, the club let me go & play in a meaningless fixture & paid me all through the time I couldn't give them my services. Now its time for me to repay them that & to play to the end of my contracted period"
Taylor is a good League 1 player & a half decent Championship player. But look around at the top Championship / bottom Premier League strikers and he is not in that bracket.3 -

I would say in the region of 7K.
and he going to get £25K really?
will not honour his contract with us and show character and integrity etc etc, if I was the manger or chairman of any intetested Club I would think again ......as this man could have an injury phobia
or just be potential trouble !1 -

Money grabbing, no integrity, no respect and no honour... How dare you kiss our badge and say all the right things and then do this... You're no better than Southall. Forgive?? Never... Forget?? Never.
Is it fair to say that he's off your Christmas card list?
but the first time I saw Southall and heard his first interview I thought he was a dishonest rat conman!!0 -

but as always there seems to be a lot of knee Jerk
negativity on this forum to quickly ?
i think we should give ESI and HE a chance to show their true hand or worth, till at least the end of this month.
Lee Bowyer must have his new contract in place by then, or there will be serious concern.
Has Roland Rat actually been paid any money at all
as yet for anything?

Can we assume he's off our wage bill, along with Solly and Davis?0

I mean even this 1968cafc says he knew he was a dishonest rat conman from his first interview, yet 1st February he said he was doing a good job
Can we not just be honest and admit we fell for the bullshit MS fed us17 -
If we were mid table with nothing to play for it wouldn't have been so bad. But seeing as we are in a relegation battle he really is an arsehole. Just a thought if we were already safe could we be accused of not playing our best side?1
-
I put my hands up once to confirm I had been conned by Southall and again to admit that Nimer clearly was not in a position to take us forward.
I don't understand like Paulie says why we cannot just admit when we've been wrong?

If we was safe in table...and we had youth players who might be up for some experience.
All the best players would rugby tackle bowyer to the floor shouting in his face...
"Don't play us for the rest of this season! I don't care about the fact that we get paid...we might get an injured!"
Obviously. It's the norm and it's only fair.
Actually, wait. They still might do that even if we was in the relegation zone. I'm confused..0 -

Unless its Varney taking over then I'll still have a lot of doubt about whoever comes in1 -

I tried to tell you all, but my comment was deleted by the anti-free speech elitist moderators because it was in contravention of the CL "if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all" policy.
