Another point as we march towards the play-offs! Undefeated since the COVID, and have yet to concede.

We had a chance or two, but it wasn't a pretty match at all. Seven changes from the last starting line up.

Great save from Phillips in the second half and Forster-Caskey almost nicked it for us if not from a late lunge form the Cardiff defender.

All still all in our hands.

Over to you.

Huge point, maybe 3 if Taylor was playing.  I'd be more than happy with the same on Friday.

Decent first 60 minutes. Even when we were on the back foot in the second half we looked secure. Bring on Millwall.
  • Terrible game, fantastic point.

Great point, another to the tally!

My mantra for these 9 games is and was “Just don’t Lose” - and it’s working!

Disappointing to see us really sit back and lose complete control , when the changes were made - felt green stayed on too long, and going to a back 5 was suicidal! Could have pushed on had it not been changed - although I understand that Aneke had to go off (although he looks a lot stronger ability wise than Bonne)

    onto Friday!

Good battling performance against a top 6 team, take that point all day long.

No-one really played outstanding, a couple of them faltered, a pretty drab match ending in a no score draw, an important point and a solid "team effort" where the result is equal to more than the sum of the parts IMO
  • I’ll take crap 0-0 games for the rest of the season. That would be enough to keep us up.

That’s a brilliant result. 1 point very firmly gained.

One of our most important points ever?!!
  • Didn’t dream of that two weeks ago. Barely imagined it after the two wins v Hull and QPR. Great result. Now let’s stuff our friends up the road on Friday.

Huge point and totally unexpected considering the changes made to the line up.
  • Lol. Just tuned in to CL to follow the match thread and...

So, so impressed with the spirit the lads and management are showing at the moment. Real backs against the wall stuff.

Said in the pre-match thread we'd go five at the back and grab a 0 - 0 but that some would moan that Bowyer was too negative. : - )

Shame Barnsley won but we did what we had to do.

    On to Brentford.

Happy with the point. Up to Aneke going off, we matched Cardiff but after we went off we lost our threat completely, whereas Cardiff got stronger with their subs

I didn't expect us to concede many playing Lockyer, Pearce and Sarr ahead of Phillips - that's a very dependable defensive unit

Did anyone see quite what happened to burst the ball?

Hemed and Aneke would be interesting against Millwall, with Williams behind them.

First half was an excellent end to end performance from both sides, neither 'keeper was really threatened all game with Phillips having to make the sole real save of the game

Take nothing away from it though, we effectively kept a side quiet who went into this game with five goals and just one conceded against Leeds and Preston

Our run of being undefeated against the top six continues and if we can keep that in tact against Brentford / Leeds then we will be playing Championship Football next season

On to Millwall, you have to hope this slightly defensive approach means that we'll be a bit more lethal on Friday night...

Win the three remaining home games and we're safe - In all honest got absolutely no concern about relegation at this stage, regardless what our rivals are doing

I believe it hit Pratley, which you'd imagine would result in this happening more often
