At the Southall trial they did the injunction hearing and gave Southall a 12 month injunction and then had a bit after where he was fined £20k for the trouble. I think this is what they're doing tomorrow as they ran out of time this evening.3 -

Good point made by Ben here. I think the evidence of how much the club means to the community through the CAST and CACT (among others) really shone through. The judge plainly decided that the risk of the community losing those entities was enough of a reason to prevent a sale to any possible investor.sasquatch said:12 -
