    The judge’s summing up was very similar to Lord Sugar’s when he has 2 or 3 of the candidates back in the boardroom before he sacks one of them. Every other sentence I thought it was going for or against us ((ESI).

    I just hope when things calm down we hear the news in a few weeks time that Farnell has been struck off the list of solicitors allowed to practice. 

    And a few weeks later that the SFO are instigating a series of prosecutions ..
