I saw yesterday they had delayed the squad announcement after he was arrested.

Wales will be looking for a new permanent manager soon if guilty, reckon Chris Coleman may go back

Lee Bowyer manages most of the  Welsh squad already so he could do both jobs
  • I don't expect to see his ex wife and brother to be called as character witnesses by Giggs' lawyers!

Surely Cocu's time at Derby must be nearly up after tonight

Only the potential takeover is probably keeping him in the job. A temporary stay of execution you imagine!

Just read that Sheikh Mansour's cousin is interested in them. Bit of a comedown though, as it says he first tried to buy Liverpool, then Newcastle, and now he's downgraded to Derby.

Swindon's Richie Wellens looks set to take over at Salford

Yes he has played for them and it's nearer home, but it says something about their financial clout that he would drop down a division

Mansfield Town have named ex-Nottingham Forest forward Nigel Clough as manager on a two-and-a-half-year deal.

A perfect fit really, a very good lower league manager and he lives locally

I think burton will regret letting him go
  • Think Neil Lennon at Celtic is 2 bad results away from getting the elbow ...

I wouldn’t be surprised if EH is just taking a. Sabbatical and goes back to the Cherries next season.

Get the feeling that Parky won't last the week.

They're not happy up at Sunderland, especially with their recent signings.

He treated the Cup in the same way as we did with only three of the team that beat Ipswich starting.

They've lost fewer games than any other team in the League and if they win their game in hand they will be one point off top. There is absolutely no guarantee that anyone they bring in will do any better.

For that reason I can't see him being sacked unless the League form goes the other way.

Damn they may actually hire someone competent
  • I saw a list of odds headed by Paul Cook, followed by Nigel Pearson, Tony Pulis and Danny Cowley.

Cook did wonders at Wigan, while Pearson is a former Wednesday Captain.
  • Ridiculous to sack Monk - he’s got 10 points from the last 2 games

And unfortunately all 4 of those keep them up.

We need them to go with a Sol Campbell or an Andy Cole

Or Jonathan Woodgate, who was doing a great job at Boro...
  • Pearson would be a very appointment but think he can do better.

That's a shame Monk was doing such a great job

That is ridiculous. They gained 12 points this season and they could be in the top 2 in a couple of weeks. Who are they gonna replace him with? I reckon odds on it will be EFL or Rick Parry as the new Manager.

Hasn't he managed them once before?
