    Harsh to blame him as others had plenty of chances to stop it but two goals coming from Maddison playing a pass that wasn’t on and then making a very half hearted tackle. 

    In Maddison’s defence, Washington and Bogle, much as I’ve defended both, have been fucking awful. No movement and no hold up play. Tough to be a creative midfielder with those two to aim at.

    No excuses for that, the lads threw the lead away. Take Bogle off for Chuks so we actually have a presence up top.

    He’s not the scapegoat. He is just a striker that doesn’t look like scoring or getting himself in positions to do so. It wasn’t miscommunication at all. He just didn’t react.
