I was thinking the exact same - Bowyer, for all of his strengths, was v stubborn tactically... refreshing to have a manager who can counter other teams' set-ups by changing formation rather than just yanking players off the pitchLeuth said:Adkins has SO much more footballing erudition than Bowyer. Congratulations @robroy. Washington had to go off injured in the first couple of minutes, DJ came on for him. Miller's put a couple of good crosses in for Stockley and DJ to score, either side of defensive lapse for the Dons equaliser. We're looking much better going forward, but the same old defensive frailties are still on show, partly due to our slightly lightweight midfield.
