It's a classic example of how rumours feed on themselves to grow and gain credibility. A few people repeat it and suddenly he's been spotted at the training ground.
I wish I could claim I did it as an experiment but I didn't.2 -

To be fair I like Cawley but he is a spoil sport when we have a rumour on here about a player and then he dismisses it out of hand. and kills the rumour dead and buried and rhea we have to start another one.2

I hate when Cawley tweets haha, all he does is confirm a signing that's been touted on here for weeks before the official Twitter does or shut down what could be a promising signing for us
I appreciate him but I don't at the same time, sort of like a tough loving parent2 -
