A month ago we wouldn't have laughed that off. If Stockley and Washington had stayed fit in January, and with Aneke added, Burstow would have struggled for game time and a 5 month loan might have seemed like a good idea (similar to the Karlan loan at Crawley which set him up for the following season)1
