Sensible I think - particularly with the way they go through managers. More teams should do it. To many managers get big contracts and don’t really give a shit if they do well or not.

I have either lived or worked in Bradford (funny enough never both at the same time, unless you count working from home) for over a decade. It's not dissimilar to Leeds where I have also lived and worked for 20 years, some at the same time
