Will probably score 4 or 5 goals and cause a rift on the changing room

He must have one hell of an agent. Limited player who works hard3
-
Good luck to him.
I don't know what he was like as a team mate, but he seemed to give the fans everything he had when playing.6 -
Best of luck to the bloke. I think he may do very well in a team that knows what system it is playing. Always worked his nuts off for us, goes with my best wishes.

Really pleased for Conor.
Hope he works hard & becomes a favourite in Rotherham.9 -
Rotherham are a yo-yo team and he can play alongside Michael Smith.
Conor record in the Championship is poor but maybe at 30 he can have a good season. He certainly got in more scoring positions last season once he played more central. The Lincoln match when he missed 4 good opportunities probably not only cost him a new contract but didn't help JJ cause either. To create 7 chances when we only had 10 men was decent but to only score 1 goal is poor finishing.
When Conor missed his 4th chance late on, I jumped up and "Putin's people" my thick paper back hit the head of a man sitting in front, I'm sure the small padded bag it was in softened the blow but unfortunately he choked on a walnut he was eating and as I said my apologies and left, his mate was doing the Heimlich maneuver.
Football is so full of heartache.

So there we have it. He had an offer from Rotherham very early so assumedly we would have had to match it to have a chance of keeping him.1 -
Good luck to Connor a bottom 6 Championship team/top 6 L1 team seems right for him.1

Good luck Conor!
Pathetic decision based on him embarrassing Martin Sandgaard
Good luck to Conor, always worked his bollocks off for us and will do the same for Rotherham and in a higher division.15 -
A good move for him, his workrate will suit Rotherham's style.
I suspect that he would have stayed if we had made him a reasonable offer, I didn't get the impression he wanted to move.
I'm not over concerned about losing him, only that I have no confidence we'll bring in someone better2 -
Mental releasing him, no way in he'll will we get a better player as third choice, and I'd like to think that is probably what he would have been1
-
I’m hearing rumours that the ‘black box’ has earmarked him as a possible January signing.7

Never forget. Some people on the released thread describing him as average mid table League One level and thinking he might go to Wimbledon with Jacko..!2 -
Good luck Connor thanks for all your considerable effort2
-
Only at Charlton do we release players at League 1 level & they then end up in a higher division within days0

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I doubt he will score more than 5 in the league next season, excluding penalties4 -
On one side we can say it's a pathetic decision to 'let him go', but on the other, could we have competed with a Championship team's wages offered?

Looks like Rotherham are putting together a Squad that can challenge for relegation8

*gets a Championship deal"
"must have a good agent"
...or maybe Paul Warne & team at Rotherham know more about what makes a good player than the average bloke on the internet.17 -
How could he have signed, the window hasn’t opened yet.9

If he starts for them they will struggle, simple.0 -

I mean they're absolutely going to finish 24th, barring Birmingham's hearteningly ongoing trajectory0

What team he plays for does not change his ability.
Burstow plays for Chelsea, clearly he's a much better player than anyone in the Championship right?1
