15 - Forfar (Scot Lge 2), Bromley (Conf), Taunton (Conf S), Dover (Conf S)
More draws than anyone else in the top SEVEN divisions in England and the entire Scottish League1 -
If a cart horse like Bonne can score against you you know you’re shit30

And for those saying that this season was a missed opportunity with crap teams etc.
6th currently has 72 points, with 5th having 75 points, which many say is the points target to aim for if you want the play offs.
This season you might need 80 points to secure a play off place. 75/76 and even 77 points probably wont be enough.
Next season could even be worse if you look at the teams coming down/coming up.2 -
As we spent the game calling Bonne a punt...

Cambridge are shit. Bonne is a wanker.
Frustrating we didn't win but we created enough to do so and even when Cambridge scored, I didn't think we would lose.
Isted cost us the win ultimately, as I say we had chances but that should have been a comfortable save.
Only 2 more games left then really get our heads down for next year.
Shout for Wickham..thought he had a good game.6 -

His crap goalkeeping has cost us 4 points in the last 6 weeks. Thank God he hasn’t been playing all season!

Something to be proud of and tell the grandkids.2 -
Interesting game , Cambridge played it based on how the other results were going , first half we dominated , defensively we were excellent never really gave them a sniff , and Wickham top class finish and his overall play was very good .. second half Cambridge heard the other results which was not great for them come out and played more direct , got the goal , we did not close down well enough , snap shot on a pitch that Jones asked had it been watered in 10 years , it found its way into the net . .. we struggle to get back into the game and our subs seemed to affect us more as we lacked height in mid and lost the battle .. going back to other results last 10 mins Cambridge suddenly were happy to hold the draw clearly hearing that Port Vale were now 2-4 down , this gave us our dominance back and finished the game strongly .. but May hitting the post and the keeper making decent saves we could not get back in front .

Thank the lord. I'm going to Macro that and stick it to my F1 key for the next time an Innisian on this board says it's not the defence's fault.

That was really piss poor. Cambridge are a pony side and we were bullied by them second-half physically. Makes me feel sick.
Done a complete u-turn on who to keep. Don't offer any of the centre backs new deals, as we are going to be carrying some dud centre backs as it is next season and will need the transfer wiggle room. We are so desperate for a leader at the back, none of them are up to it.
Keeper a thousand times over, it's imperative we get this right next season. No keeper on our books is good enough for promotion.
We were done in midfield again by a weak league 1 side. No control of the game, sloppy, late to second balls, couldn't win a header. We are desperate for a midfield enforcer.
Upfront the ball just doesn't really stick, we can't rely on Wickham, no way he should be getting a contract when we have Chuks to manage, LuaLua a waste of wages. We need a partner for May. Someone who can play all 46 games, enable him and chip in with at least 12-15 goals himself.
Shoddy game today, proper proper shoddy. If we don't get at least 8 new players of Alfie May quality in or we may as well write off next season as well. It ain't gonna get any easier, and we need to be ruthless in the transfer window if we want to show ambition to get out of this horrible league.
I can't believe how weak we look at times. Fair play to Nathan Jones for keeping us up cause this was easily a relegation ready squad in capable hands, as proven by the worst manager we have ever hired.
Anyway, season over now. I really hope there are plans in place cause as a fan base and a club, we will slowly die if that's what's going to be on offer for the foreseeable. Might sound dramatic but people just won't stay interested long enough.22 -
The season will end with us having lost more games than we won. Once Leaburn and Aneke got injured, the team developed a losing mentality. At least Jones stopped that.0

Please make it stop.12 -
With our luck this decade the Premier League and EFL will probably agree to offer a new wildcard Premier League place to the EFL team(s) with the most draws starting from the 24/25 season.
This will eradicate the need for points deductions to teams like Everton and Forest. They will simply swap places with the wildcard team(s).1 -

Well at least we’re not Man Utd. Anyone see Bournemouth’s second goal? Unbelievably lackadaisical defending. There’d rightly be a meltdown if we conceded a goal like that.Having said that, we were very poor for the Bonne goal. Coventry should have done much better, to start with, Thomas should have cleared, and Hector should have closed down. Less said about Isted the better.Still, we should have won with the chances we had.I think the game highlighted the areas where we need to upgrade (or improve). Keeper, CB, and one or two midfielders to start with. Anderson isn’t ready - gives the ball away too often. And I’m probably in a small minority, but I’m not yet convinced Coventry is an adequate replacement for Dobson.
I thought Wickham’s goal was one of the best of the season. Great ball in by Dobson, and a very classy finish. If Wickham can prove his fitness I’d keep him next season.Dobson also played a great through ball for Alfie who hit the post. Thought we’d see more of those sort of passes from Coventry.Looking forward to Wycombe.7 -

You'll all be amazed how much better our defence looks when we have a halfway competent keeper7

Macauley Bonne btw, utter wanker. An absolutely atrocious footballer, 6 goals all season in 43 appearances , 2 against us for two different clubs, as he steps it up against us and he gives it the bigun.
Disgraceful we let him score and let him look as good as he did in spells to pick up a man of the match award. He's truly a shocking footballer and we have been schooled by him twice this season.
It's made me really resent our defenders, it just shouldn't happen. We need characters that shut bollocks like that down.22
