I find it strange for all our pursuit of as many Olympic golds as possible we don't take part in some of the sports. I'm sure Rugby 7s and Football we can get a decent team together for, and yet we don't bother
There is a GB  rugby 7s women’s team competing in these Olympics.

The Chinese synchronised divers are insane.
If they're diving in the major river in Paris then it's in Seine.

I do find it stupid how the Home Nation FA's are happy to work together for the Women to go to the Olympics with Football, but not the Men?

I know its intended to be down to the fear that the likes of UEFA will take it as an opportunity to combine the Nations for the Euros and World Cup etc.

But is it not the same fear for the Women's game?

You can always rely on the Toffs and their horses.

It is something to do with the individual FA's worried about Fifa cutting their funding and treating them as one FA if they come together for a GB olympic team, one exception was when it was held in London.

Guess it shows how much FIFA really cares about the Womens game

Amazing from Pidcock, let’s hope he can hold on!

This must be one of, if not the, most physically demanding sports at the Games?
