    Christ, there was some guff under Southgate, but my god that was utter shit. WTF was that starting formation?

    Defensively they looked a mess all night. Greeks should have won that by 3/4 goals.

    Particular mentions for Rico Lewis who was utterly awful, Foden who went missing in an England shirt again, Pickford who seemed to loose his mind and what an arrogant twat Alexander-Arnold is.

    this just exposes the myth that we can play Foden, Saka, Palmer and Bellingham in same starting line up. 

    You can’t just shoehorn in all your good players. 

    Ossie Ardilles and Kevin Keegan thought that lineup was was a bit OTT

    Players were in their normal position; that why we had so many midfielders and no central strikers!
    Even Lewis and TAA appeared to be given a free role as they showed up all over the pitch.
    England had two central strikers after the changes.

    Keystone cops defending for the 2nd bona fide goal for Greece.

    In a way I'm pleased we tried to play all our flair players because it just didn't work yet both Gordon and Palmer had great chances in the 1st half.

    Let's remember George Baldock and try not to cry in your Coco.

    Only watched the last 20 mins so no idea of the line up. What's all this I read about not starting with a striker ?  Who played instead of Kane  ? and what was the formation ?

    Rice as the holding midfielder
    5 attacking midfielders, all wanting to play in the middle or cut into the middle from wide positions

    They went on strike... or rather they didn't cause they were on the bench or in the stands
