Thank you - I actually had to come on here to work out how to buy tickets, I knew someone would crack the code. Why that entire message isn't a hyperlink, or even the word 'here' isn't underlined, I don't know. Also had to resubmit my son's name and DOB to buy his season ticket seat - information already held by the club for a ticket assigned to his account.

Not a moan from me - there must be an inexperienced and/or over-worked web developer on the website, trying their best - but like many of us we just want to share these small details, that take a minute to test and get right, but make the site so much easier to navigate.

That 'advice' aside, £65 for me and the boy for tickets + Valley Express is cracking value for such a big game. Very good pricing by the club.
just done it myself, yeah wasn't obvious!

Booked mine at 11.30, still waiting for an email, but money has been taken.
Mine was taken, but on the bank app it says still pending 🤷‍♂️.

Probably won’t go through until Tuesday, with tomorrow being a bank holiday.

That’s what I’m worried about, because come Tuesday I hope my seat is still saved and not given to someone else.

With ST holders seats being held until 11am tomorrow, why are so many panicking and buying elsewhere? You've literally got all day to sort it.
Season tickets holders tickets seats are reserved until 11am on Tuesday.

Anyone managed to get through on the phone?
    Says calls can't be connected

Very frustrating. Have to use phone as the online doesn’t work for certain categories. Should have a queue system for the phone.

There’s no in person option, you can’t do online so you can only do via phone and they’re not taking calls :-(
Agreed, especially as they claim lines are open 11 till 4 today. Shambles!
Took a couple of hours but I’m finally in a queue. Though 25 mins later I’m really starting to doubt that ‘a member of the team will be with you shortly’..

Bet a few low paid ticket ticket office youngsters are going to be knackered tonight

Wondering about Charlton TV season ticket holders and whether they get any priority if they want to come over for the final

I could only buy my ticket online and not my son's which is next to it; he does not have his own account.

Best bet would be to make contact with a season ticket holder and ask if they would purchase you one

I don't think they do but you'll have no problem getting tickets for the final if and when we get there.

Found it very easy, just waited for my boy to send my ticket to me and then I printed it out. Sometimes it’s pays to be a Luddite 😀

We’re going to have more tickets than we’ll need for the final if we get there. The other three clubs are small enough that they’ll struggle to sell 20,000 tickets for Wembley so we’ll be given part of their allocation. We even got some of Sunderland’s allocation in 2019 as they didn’t fill their end.

So seeing as people are booking seats that are not their ST seats does that mean non ST holders could go on now and get tickets or do you still need you ST reference??

It's restricted sale (not on sale yet) for non-ST holders and non-VG members

General sale tomorrow. Unsold ST seats on sale Tuesday. In effect you have two bites at the cherry

Bought a season ticket before midday today but it's still "Restricted" from purchase for my account.
Cannot get through to the ticket office via phone either, just cuts off after I press 1.
    Anyone else having this experience?

And there’s going to be loads of unsold ST seats because half of our season ticket holders couldn’t figure out how to buy their normal seats!
