The orient message board seem to be incredibly confident. A convincing win is the general consensus
I'm not sure about a convincing win but they certainly have every right to be confident.

It's a very different atmosphere here today than it was yesterday. I arrived at about the same time before kick-off before both matches.

There were noticeably fewer fans on the way to the game (I only saw two on the tube) and far fewer people outside the ground.

It's also practically deserted inside the ground. There are far more Walsall fans in the lower two tiers at the moment, but the upper tier only has AFC Wimbledon fans in it. I can't see a single person, including stewards, in the upper tier on the east side, so that will be completely empty, while The Dons have sold half of their half of the upper tier.

Walsall also only has half of the middle tier, so this could look pretty empty on TV.

Ridiculously, I had my ticket checked FOUR times (not including the scan), including inside the ground as soon as I got off the escalator. The staff were apologising for all of the checks, telling me that they had to do it as they were in trouble after not doing it enough at yesterday's game.

    Is Johnnie capable of ageing?

He looks no older than when he won League One back with us in 2012!!

AFCW rose from the ashes of the original Plough Lane Wimbledon, and deserve all they can achieve, unlike the franchise club in Milton Keynes...🙄

MK are still the same team though. Would you say the NFL and MLB franchises who have moved city aren't the original teams? No. It's the same thing here.

AFC Wimbledon are a completely separate business? They're not the same team.

That was meant for everyone who's saying AFC have the same history and are the same team as the old one. MK are the original and always will be.

Separate issue altogether, AFCW rose from The Combined Counties and deserve their place in The Football League through successive promotions, and do not deserve to be branded "Non league"

What a plastic take on the history of wimbledon and by extension football in general.

Franchise FC are absolutely not the same team as Wimbledon. They were forced to give up that pretence 18 years ago.

Jason Euell is on the pitch at half-time here.
