It’s unlikely that shutting stands saves any money at FA Cup games in particular. Frankly they could have shut all the stands at Trophy games for all I care as once they introduced the group games and U21 teams I was done with it.
In my innocence I had always assumed that people who bought season tickets and traveled the country going to away games did that because they wanted to. I’m only just finding out that it’s actually an enormous act of sacrifice and self denial, so I will be more respectful in future.

I’m a cup glory boy now, I don’t deny it - I go when it suits me rather than moan that it’s a shit reserve effort - league is different coz every game is treated as it should be

Very useful for anyone struggling to renew their 2023/24 season ticket, or wanting to know the 2024/25 prices. Perhaps these will be updated soon, to sit alongside the new hospitality brochure.

I suspect @bobmunro we wasn’t 25% up two weeks after being promoted, I reckon the bulk of the increase would have been already in pre-Wembley. If so, the uptake since I think is low and emphasises the point the post-Wembley pricing and strategy really hasn’t capitalised on the feel good momentum of a good season, Wembley and promotion,
