    If we're signing two players from the same club, surely it'll be Luton, as is traditional.

    Luton would be excellent if it was Thomas Kaminski as the keeper , bags of championship experience with Blackburn and Luton and Prem experience with Luton too. Just can't figure out the CB bit from their squad. There's no one there that fits Pavs description, plenty of good solid CBs but no one that I'd count as being able to play RWB

    Shame Mads Andersen has been injury plagued with them , wouldn't have minded him as a CB option - bags of championship experience and was outstanding for Barnsley when they were good under Stendel and Struber.

    I am dubious, without doubting @Pavoren007 was told this, how a shareholder in another club knows what our budget is.
    This bit is explainable - I am friends with another EFL club chairman and he explained that there is quite a lot of transparency around wage bills in each division - they have to report to EFL and club’s see one another’s - it is the transfer kitty side that is more cloak and dagger but you can can gauge what is what by end of financial year.

    Offiah’s played in the Premier league hasn’t he? Has 6 apps for Brighton. And Beadle has lots of Championship apps.

    Could be Reece Burke, has been injured though but featured in Prem.

    Wasn't it mentioned that they'd got quite a few assists last season? Could that help narrow it down lol

    A reminder of what Pav said as there seems to be some confusion. Both have played lots in the Champ and a bit in the Prem which rules out a lot of the names said as they have one or the other

    It might be a team promoted to the Premier League this season that are upgrading themselves and have to move people on, or a team just relegated to League 1.

    declaring a wage bill and disclosing a wage budget are two very different things, no?

    Didn’t Pav say a good assist record? Shouldn’t be too many RWBs we can realistically sign with a good assist record PL and Champ experience and who can also play CB?

    Didn’t specify side but said “high assist rate” and could play full back or wing back
