He has had a nice career so if he wants to drop down a couple levels in order to keep playing it wouldn’t be surprising (same with Conor Washington). The thing with a player whose style is dependent more on the physical side of the game vs the skill side is that when the inevitable decline comes, it usually happens pretty fast as skill based players often hang on a little longer0

Worth noting Eastleigh is owned by the Stewart Donald (Charlie boys mate who bought Sunderland), i suspect there is some cash there and they have an ambition to get the team in to EFL1

Definitely, Donald will offer Jordan more than he made at Cambridge.1 -
Eastleigh always seem to make a couple of surprise ex EFL signings every year. Would expect them to contend in the NL. Brought Aaron Pierre in from Shrewsbury this summer too.0

Real shame him and Poyet left so soon, I might be delusional in saying this, but those two in a two man midfield would have been quality in the Championship, and they really could have developed, thought they really would have complimented eachother in the long run.
Both never found the level they played at when they were with us, really liked them both for the short time (particularly Poyet) that they spent here.6 -

Having said that, his career took a very strange path.
Done bloody well for us though.4 -
