Isn't winning this without the assist but hopefully gives him confidence. Bell or Doc have been cheated 😂

was away in poncy country hotel with missus and friends and was hoping to whiz up on Saturday morning but hangover + she wasn’t gonna have it meant they all got to sit in some posh lounge bar whilst I streamed it. Went embarrassingly mental when the winner went in. Was very jealous of the rainy away end looked class
agreed with poster who said tantos finish was poor, when he struck it I was already for a split second getting ready to erupt in a different way with yet more frustration as it looked like it was gonna bounce back off the keeper, should’ve been putting that well into the corner / top corner miles from the keeper but don’t give a shit, well in mate and I like Tanto and would like to see a bit more of him
TC frustrated the hell out of me, he is so effective in driving us up the pitch and wins free kicks etc and so important in many ways but Jesus his end product, so frustrating his shooting, crossing and passing, and he’s so slow to make a pass or cross - doesn’t seem like the right partner for Kelman who wants an early ball. Wouldn’t mind seeing Apter there with Bree who seems very good in the RWB role
we should have scored sooner, continuing worry is the lack of quality in final third, fluctuating between thinking that is gonna have us scrapping for our lives Vs we’re just a whisker/ bit of finessing away from being a play off contender
leaburn made a big difference, seems to be following in his fathers footsteps of polarising support but I love him, brilliant first header for the goal and although he might have scored that one that broke to him he at least struck it well unlike the pansy shots from TC and Kelman earlier on
Bell has been one of my favourite players of the season. Ramsays left footed twin brother, and without the cringe instagram videos

3/6 clean sheets is way better than what I expected from the start of the season and I think it could be crucial in the Champ.12

Wasn't he the one who put in the cross for Jones' header that was expertly saved by Cooper, and then again put in the cross that Docherty headed over?1 -

We had 13 shots each but we had 4 on target.
The defensive side of our team is obviously our strength, but it’s exciting to think how much better we’ll look if we improve going forward and 2 or 3 attacking players really nail down starting spots as their own.9 -

Not sure I understand the point that Bree wouldn't have won MOM without the best touch and assist we've seen in the opposition box this season. That assist sets the bar for first touch, control, head-up awareness, and execution of a pass in attacking areas.20

This angle really shows Bree sending his man well

Tanto spoke about it in his interview, 'the game changers to come on after 60 minutes'. I can just imagine players demanding to know why they're not starting, only to be told, 'Because you're the game changer'! What kudos that title holds ... especially when you go out and actually do it!
Chuks bless him, would get eased out of his wheelchair on 60 minutes usually to see if he could help to salvage a point from a losing position.
We now appear to have a bench full of "game changers".9 -

That dummy and pass from Bree is exactly the kind of quality and composure we've been missing in the final third this season.21

To those who say Leaburn never wins a header, look who took the high ball from TK while being marked by two Sheffield players and passed on for the assist to the assist for the goal25

Already concerned that we won’t be able to extend Bree’s loan/sign him in January!4

Imagine Jimmy Greaves, Glen Hoddle, Gazza, Maradona being sat on the bench for 80 mins & only getting a 10 min cameo because they are so good they can affect the game in such a small amount of time.
Say it as it is. They are players you throw on when you need a point (or 3) and the other 11 players haven't managed to do it for you in the first 80 mins. Desperation stakes is what I call it.
(Its ok, I'll get back into my box now)35 - Sponsored links:

In Jimmy Greaves' day there was only one or no subs, so the best 11 would always start.
Times change and NJ seems to understand this well enough13 -

We were so good aerially for that winner let alone the control, touch, cross and then finish.Absolutely amazing atmosphere. Bell was my MOTM with Doc and Bree a close second.7

love this interview from Tanto. Can see he's absolutely beaming from inside, what a moment for the lad and for the team as a whole, hopefully a result like that in front of 30k in a recent prem ground - this will add to their belief and make them realise they and we belong at this level and keep driving them on16
