When game restarts clock should be reset to 11.30 mins played.

So still 33.30 mins left to play & then added on time.

Wont finish until gone 3pm imo.

It underlines the absolute need for EVERYONE to know CPR.
    Its an absolute lifesaver.
And get Defib trained. There is a growing campaign to get Defibs as common as fire extinguishers - you are much more likely to need one. A member of the public knowing CPR and how to use a Defib saves lives.
The instructions on a defibrillator are very easy to understand, so nobody should be afraid to use one.
Agreed. Anyone can do it but watching a video on them will make it easier and you more confident in what you're doing.

Chance to plug a charity I'm involved in:

    https://www.londonambulancecharity.org.uk/appeal/heartstarters

Part of a nationwide campaign but focused on London.
I’ll defo borrow that if you don’t mind.
We have a team of community responders here and this will be brilliant 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

There used to be a 30 minute rule I think, but that was usually used for rain delays. Don't know if it's related to player health, starting again after stopping maybe being a cause of injuries.

For those of us who've just got the crowd noise on Sky, any chance of a summary?

Guess it depends what the police and emergency services say

Brownie talking a bit about his life as a coach, then more generally about life after football and how he had had a "falling out" with Charlton before coming back to do Charlton TV.

So Comms are saying that the Medical team will have followed the individual to the Hospital

We can't restart until that Medical team have returned, in case there are further issues, and the game could be postponed as a result. Imagine there are other Medical personnel still around, but if we've just got the one Ambulance which is now in use, and need that back first... Its an understandable delay

Yeah, anyone knows why and who Steve Brown fell out with at the club? Made me curious there ...

Clarity coming in from Tel, which is what I suspected, because there is now no ambulance in the ground, we need to wait for an ambulance before the game can continue. Tel insinuated it would need to be the same crew. I'm wondering if they can get a different crew. But still, it sounds like we're in need of an ambulance crew.

    A bit of everything.
Terry saying how he enjoyed the Q&A with Paul Walsh, especially as they reminisced about playing GAA together.
Brownie then talking about his time on Charlton TV with Scott Minto needing to really pursued him to come back to the club as he’d had a bit of a fall out with them.
Taking the piss out of my Bruvs jeans in his back to the valley photo 😜

Basically Brownie catching up on his time back here at Charlton, and apparently he originally came in for a memory lane spot, and stayed, however he originally wasn't interested in taking it full time as he had an issue with the club that went back a few years, didn't elaborate.
Also his time in the game as a player and his training qualifications, where he gave up the game in that role, due to constantly being sacked or layed of where it was beyond his control.
Just a couple of blokes chatting football...

If the game doesn't restart soon the TV coverage will spill over the 3pm broadcasting cut off. That might be another reason to call it off.

Would the Queen Elizabeth be the Hospital that someone would be taken to now?

It's turning into TMS during a rain stoppage.
    That's not a complaint, btw

Have they taken the person to Queen Victoria Hosp ?  Only up the road. I suppose they have to unload him & give info before leaving to come back again.

Doubt that will be a consideration.

Just been told in the ground it will be a while until we're back underway. Would surely be  better to let people know now if it wasn't restarting, so hopefully it will.

    Yes.
Because the club use a Private Medical Company, it’s not like they are able to use a 999 Ambulance as cover
They will have to wait for the crew to return and potentially restock and tidy up the back of the vehicle

Just one observation, and by no means a criticism (want to make that clear), but this does seem a very unusually long delay for such an event - Games seemingly get restarted quicker than this, when its happened elsewhere.

As many know, Mike Wren (riviera/chirpyred) passed away on a run in April. Following this tragic event, a fund was raised in his memory to purchase three defibs - one has been sited in Eltham Park, the scene of his passing, another at the 3rd Royal Eltham Scout Group located in Sparrows Lane (Mike supported the scouts all his life), with a third one due to find a home soon. Hope they're never needed.
