In fuck ups to games ratio Kaminski is winning by a landslide

So predictable people are getting on his case after one ….
Also could have done better for the goals at Norwich and Wrexham they weren’t howlers like today but a better No.1 could have prevented those. If Kaminski vs Mannion is the debate we’re asking the wrong question

How have you worked that one out then?

Mannion has played 5 games and 1 fuck up

Kaminski played 35 games, to be drawing with Mannion he needs to have made fuck ups in 7 games

    Name them.

Now, for him to win by a landslide (at least double) it would be 14 games.

    Name them.

    Or, shut the fuck up.

    Up to you
Is there really any need for that?

I think objectively Kaminski is a better goalkeeper. The problem is that he isn’t as big of an upgrade as expected for the money spent on him. That doesn’t mean he should be on the bench behind a worse player though.

You need to pipe down mate….if I’m honest if you think Kaminski is deserved of getting straight back in, then you are as clueless as you are suggesting others to be. Kaminskis ineptness in commanding his box and his reluctance to come off his line leaves us completely vulnerable….

West Brom Away, Stoke away x2, derbys second at home for goals conceded….Watford at home when he took an age to come off his line and swiped their player out which should have been a stonewall pen. He is shit mate!

It is no coincidence that we have looked a much more complete side since Mannion has come back in! He has had some very assured performances where games have passed us by without even noticing him in goal. That doesn’t happen with Kaminski, fact!

It's pretty much 3 errors from 1 shot. Diabolical goalkeeping

Shame we wasted the Kaminski money, could have been used on someone else.
Stupid comment without Kaminski we would be bottom three

A complete stinker today for their winner, no two ways about it. Personally I would keep him in for Monday because Kaminski has cost us many more times this season, but I expect TK to come in on Monday

There’s no pressure to play Mannion with Kaminski there is think there will be a keeper switch come Monday

As bad as the attempts he made at keeping the ball out of the net, you have to ask why the wall decided to jump over a ball going along the ground.

Hopefully Kaminski is back on Monday. He’s not perfect by any means, but he’s better than Mannion.

That’s poor. I don’t think Kaminski is much better either but can’t argue if Mannion is dropped.

Mannion had a poor game yesterday, dropped a cross very early too.  That goal is horrific although also notable that their player followed up whilst Doc stood still.  Neither of our keeper options are good enough. Arguing over which one is better is a bit pointless imo

Well you're wrong and I'll tell you why. Kaminski is better and its not even close. So many games Kaminski kept us in it.

Until we are safe, arguing over which is better is appropriate as it could make a difference.  If we plan to upgrade the position in the summer then it might eventually be a moot point but I have a feeling it won’t be an area that Jones will look to upgrade as too many other needs.

Stoke away conveniently forgotten from the resident Charlton Life WUM amongst other mistakes…

Neither keeper perfect and if we stay up I’d hope we would have another look at better options, but TK will be hard to shift

Honestly the trolls on this site are unbearable after a defeat

Why didn't Lloyd Jones, the largest of the Charlton players, simply eat the Bristol City players?

Hang on, are you both saying that players in the wall will always jump? If so any low free kick beats the wall if directed at it.

Ideally, a new keeper comes in who is a clear upgrade on both Mannion and Kaminski. Who that would be, no idea, but I'd genuinely make it a priority up there with the wing backs situation.

Should of had someone lying down behind the wall.

Every keeper drops the occasional clanger, it goes with the job (yesterday’s was an almighty one that cost a winning goal but it’s still just a clanger). You’re far better to judge them on their standard of play.

FWIW I actually think we’re pretty lucky with both our keepers. I prefer Mannion and think he was very unlucky to lose his place at the start of this season. I’d still very happily go into next season with those two if it meant sorting out our midfield and attack properly.
