You can imagine the Spurs players and management thinking before the game, that with Leeds going to Old Trafford, at least they wouldn't get any points, and that their GD would get worse
Leeds 80% safe, meaning 2 of the promoted sides will stay up which is a positive.4 -
They have Spurs away as well.Chris_from_Sidcup said:Huge result for Leeds, takes them to 36 points and with Wolves and Burnley still to play at home they'll now be very confident of staying up.
Will they roll over on the last day at West Ham and send Spurs down?0 -
This weekend:
Leeds v Wolves
Forest v Burnley
Spurs v Brighton
Palace v West Ham
You'd expect Leeds and Forest wins which would take them to 39 and 36 points.
I think West ham (32 pts) are capable of getting something at Palace, who play away in Italy on Thursday night.
Huge pressure on De Zerbi to get a win against his former club, otherwise a gap is going to start opening up. They are only on 30 pts.1 -
This weekend’s results have really turned the screw on them. I always thought they would get away with it, but they’d have to go on some run now.I can’t remember their last win, must’ve been pre Xmas0

Should Spurs not win any of their next five games then they will create a new PL record for not winning any of their first 19 matches in the new year.1

13 or 14 games without a win for Spurs.
I think the year we went down we never went more than 7.0
