    That's what I thought as well but about an hour after purchasing I received a confirmation email telling me to download the e-ticket into Google Wallet but with no link to do it. I've emailed the ticket office to ask what is supposed to be happening.

    The email from the club is identical to last years email, but last year when you clicked on the Download Your Ticket Here bar a digital portal opened. This time nothing.
    Maybe the club hasn't activated the link yet?

    Did get an email stating the link will be activated nearer to the start of the new season. But technically I think that is  impossible/almost impossible to do so I suspect the Club will have to send out new emails nearer to the start of the new season  with working links to fix the issue.

    Bottom line is that no one I know of that opted for E tickets has received an email with a working link (either Apple or Google wallet).

    When I had exactly this problem earlier in the season, with a match ticket that I purchased, they had to send out a new email with a link that worked.
