That's what I thought as well but about an hour after purchasing I received a confirmation email telling me to download the e-ticket into Google Wallet but with no link to do it. I've emailed the ticket office to ask what is supposed to be happening.

The email from the club is identical to last years email, but last year when you clicked on the Download Your Ticket Here bar a digital portal opened. This time nothing.
Maybe the club hasn't activated the link yet?

Did get an email stating the link will be activated nearer to the start of the new season. But technically I think that is  impossible/almost impossible to do so I suspect the Club will have to send out new emails nearer to the start of the new season  with working links to fix the issue.

Bottom line is that no one I know of that opted for E tickets has received an email with a working link (either Apple or Google wallet).

When I had exactly this problem earlier in the season, with a match ticket that I purchased, they had to send out a new email with a link that worked.

Another shake up at the top I heard. Quite a few have moved now, and not really replaced. Must be saving a bit 

Gotta change my seat now as despite the block having 421 empty seats to choose from, someone has booked theirs right infront of mine.

No real increase year on year, potentially could even be slightly less year on year depending on the exact numbers than are over/more than 10k

Although 9 days earlier and increased ticket prices so could say things are moving in the right direction. Also I’m sure they announce 10k+ when it hits that figure doesn’t make sense to announce it when they hit 11-12k

If the plan is to maximise the number of tickets to sell on a match by match basis then yes things are moving in the right direction I guess. Personally, I would have thought a target aiming to have more season tickets than match day tickets with a larger number than 10k sold at this stage would be more preferable.

Think there aim is to maximise matchday revenue not number of people in seats. Even if the number of ticket sales stays the same increasing prices of tickets means their achieving that 

2025/26 season-ticket holders are reminded that they have until 11.59pm today (Friday, June 5th) to renew their current seat before they are released for any other supporters to buy on general sale.

What's the all-time record in terms of season ticket sales? Im guessing 20k or thereabouts in the mid-00s prime-Curbishley years?

Any of you bright people worked out how to get AI to count up all the red dots/seats showing as being available in the stadium ?

No mine doesn't, but I've just found out how to check my renewal.....
Log into the ticket section
Hover over your initials in the top right of the screen
Click on the 3rd one down 'Tickets'
For me this brought up a list of tickets, starting with July 31st 'Charlton v Fixture 1'
There's a list of Fixtures 1 to 9
When I click on the individual Fixtures it shows me where my season ticket is.

Womens season ticket not showing for me in this way, they're not on the system yet as that's a later Fixture 1 kick-off date.

I'd not worry about that, the catering staff struggle to serve 200 in the ground on a matchday.
