I just hope that when it's England's turn to bowl that we bowl a full length and target the stumps.
This is basically what New Zealand have done and the wicket has rewarded them.

Seeing as they've had no warm up as a team then the same bowlers they've been facing in their County matches, which has been assumed to be good enough 🤷♂️.fenaddick said:

And NZ played against Ireland. Hardly a stern test either. But at least they played together as a team in Test match conditions.
As an aside I was listening to Test Match Special this morning during the rain break. Some great points made by Agnew & Vaughan on thus very subject. Talking about the lack of a warm up match before the Ashes series just gone & how the ECB have now changed this going forward.0 -
