Boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Just practicing for when Partey gets a touch (a consensual one at that!)

3-0 win with another 2 goals for Kane0
-
Can't see Saka being risked for this unless necessary1
-
1-1, banana skin...🙄1
-
Give the same XI a run and see if Stones can settle down and Gordon can make more of an impact pact. If they can’t, then replace them for the knockout stages.

Why have you preemptively rolled your eyes about a game England are going to win like 5-0eastterrace6168 said:1-1, banana skin...🙄0 -
I think we win the group if we win tonight no matter the score in the other game due to head to head being first deciderJaShea99 said:Can’t Croatia draw their game?0 -
Actually technically Panama can still win the group over us if they beat Croatia and us but come on1

I'm just a very naughty boy...😉Leuth said:

Please, please, no pratting around with dangerous back and forth between Pickford and Stones and Konsa across the penalty area.5
-
Genuinely don’t believe they’re a good side bar Semenyo. If we attack the same way we did second half against Croatia I expect us to win this comfortably.
3-0, Kane with a brace again and Konsa from a corner!3 -
Charlton and England combination producing the most damaged football fans ever? You cannot be taking a 0-0 ahead of the game with the talent we have got.Carter said:I think it will be a game of attrition and don't blame Ghana for making it so in the same way I don't blame NJ for making us like that.
I echo that I would take a clean sheet now and even a 0-0. Far more important to get minutes in legs and protect others.
I think we always look better against the more expansive sides like Croatia, Spain (sometimes), Germany, Holland etc as we play so well with pace on the break and did under GS
We are going to have to break down teams that sit back eventually, and I think Tuchel will deliver on that compared to previous years under Southgate.1 -
Any team news?0

My old neighbours were Ghanaian. Lived next to them for 2 years. Used to feed me as I was very broke with some of the best food I've ever had. Every weekend during the summer I would sit in their garden with them for drinks and barbecue. We first properly got on after they heard me next door being so pissed off with Suarez against Ghana during that world cup.5

Two changes to the England team according to journos: Guehi and Spence in, Stones and O’Reilly out.
Pickford
James, Konsa, Guehi, Spence
Rice, Anderson
Madueke, Bellingham, Gordon
Kane

Feel Gordan has to do a bit more than he did in the last game. Needs to have the ball a bit more.

Quite like the line up. Spence has looked lively and also is defensively more solid.
Imagine O’Reilly plays against the sides where we expect to be pressed more as he’s better on the ball.0 -
Think this will be a tougher test than croatia. Still think we will win fairly comfortable. Noones stopping us. 3-0 Ingerland.0
-
3-0 is my prediction too. I'd better stick a quid on it at a measly 6-10

Guehi and Spence in1

Presume that makes us stronger in the defensive aspect, which tells me he’s happy with 3 points no matter how we get it0
-
I think it’s purely to deal with Semenyo who is pretty much their only threatValleyGary said:Presume that makes us stronger in the defensive aspect, which tells me he’s happy with 3 points no matter how we get it0 -

My wife got me a pitchside lounge pass very nice - if it stopped raining

Spence is rapid so even if he is there for defensive solidity he will add plenty going forwards too. Hopefully link up better with Gordon1

Presume you get a better view once game starts ?1

Yes, proper seat. I think this closes during the gameMrOneLung said:Presume you get a better view once game starts ?1 -
Not a fan of a non left sided left back but o’reilly defensively wasn’t great so will hopefully allow Gordon to stay further up0
