  • When will we know whether our game at the Den will be brought forward ? Last season it got shifted by this point, I think. I'm expected at a family gathering in town that evening so a 12:30 kick off would assist massively.

I've heard their fans have recently been given the freedom of the outdoor exercise area in HMP Belmarsh too, what a wonderful week for them

both of Charlton's clashes against Millwall - scheduled for Saturday, December 19th and Saturday, April 3rd respectively - will now begin at 12.30pm following an agreement between both clubs in consultation with police.

For the clash on the 3rd April, Charlton fans to proceed directly down the a2 to the Medway Towns, wait there until Tuesday the 6th April and only when the met have clarified that all the proper ‘wall fans have coked themselves into oblivion at their customary 4 points, will we be allowed to return to wherever it is we live

Any Millwall c*** given freedom in any shape or form, is yet another example of our political classes gone mad!!!

I know that and you're probably the only Millwall fan bright enough to realise 😉

You do know that driving sheep doesn't mean sticking them in a truck and then getting behind the wheel I take it.
When did jokes have to be 100% factual anyway?

On the subject of Millwall fixture changes i don't think anyone will be surprised to read that their trip to West Ham has been moved to a midday kick off on a Sunday.

I bet @MillwallFan is laughing his man boobs off that even though we are second in the table we are still below the spanners.

I'm dreading what the thread is going to be like for the sale of the tickets.

Sadly we have dropped to 3rd due to West Brom's superior goal difference.

Given the adulation that we are all showering McNamara with after his great performances, and therefore @MillwallFan's precarious status as our "favourite Spanner" he might be feeling a little hurt at the moment, so I wouldn't begrudge him some gloating.

Next to the Norwich 'On the Ball City' song, Southampton have probably the next worst of the lot.
A shame the Spanners had to listen to 'Oh when the Saints' at least five times today :D

Heads still spinning after that today. First 25 minutes it was all us. Then it just went to pot. When we lose we lose properly. Picked up a couple more injuries as well. Like last season at this stage we’re down to bare bones again. It’s crazy the amount of injuries we pick up early doors. We had 4 or 5 first teamers out before the season even started! Key players as well. Picking up long term injuries in training and friendlies ffs.

I tell you something, it’s a shame for you lot that you’re not playing us early in the season this year as I think the winless run would definitely come to an end. As it happens, not playing you until late December will be perfect for us as most of the key players should be back from injury by then and hopefully you’ll have picked up a few along the way also so should be business as usual 😁

Anyway, three games in, still very early days. I always say give the season 10 games before you start getting over excited or start panicking. We’ve got 6 games in the next 16/17 days which is daunting. We’ll do well to still be around mid table after that run of games with all the injuries we’ve got.

We have 3 centrebacks and our first choice left back out injured already... We just have Danny mac clearing everything up so isn't an issue

    Haha. Nice one.

I just had a count up. After todays game we have 9 players out injured. All of them would be in or around the first team. Including our keeper, who after coming back from a year out has been magnificent so far this season. Picked up an injury in training this week and is out long term. Also our two players of the season last season, Crama and Azeez, both injured, Crama long term. Cundle, scored two this season already, stretched off today. Left back Zak Sturge was ill today but alex Neil said he still had to play him as there was no back up for that position (Doughty is injured). The list goes on. It’s mental.

Still, glad Danny boy is doing well for you. Shame he’ll be injured by the time we play in December 😉
