Keep trying, tickets will appear.Arry Addick said:Looks like it's sold out.....bar a few singles.....couldn't get any of ours.
Will look to go in home end with in-laws.0 -
Gone on at 11.
Seats available then every time I chose two they'd gone before I could book them 🤬2 -
Went on at 11 but every time I clicked on a couple of seats, it transpired they were unavailable. Other upper tier blocks also now sold out.1
-
Can't get through on the phone either.
Is that it or are there any more blocks to be released?

Seems sold out1

I am not even able to get through to the Ticket Office and it keeps cutting me off. Apparently my fan I’d is wrong so I am not linked to my Valley Gold so not in the phase0
-
Mine is sorted now thanks to VG and the away capacity being 3k and not 2k. My points total needs revisiting but only a handful or so away games attended last season is no longer enough when so many Charlton fans are doing the same and more, though definitely not going to complain about that happening with more away support. Fortunately there are actually a few very easy to get to games that I couldn’t get to last season that should help, assuming I can get tickets of course.1

had exactly the same problem, constantly letting me select them saying they were sold, tried until just now, but i think it's clear to say they are sold outWent on at 11 but every time I clicked on a couple of seats, it transpired they were unavailable. Other upper tier blocks also now sold out.0 -

So there were still several hundred available when it went to VG mark (phase 7), and they all went in about 15 mins.
It’s never going to be perfect for sell outs, but I think this is fair and it could be a lot worse system.10 -
Keep rechecking over the next half hour. People can keep tickets in their checkout for up to an hour before they become released backCAFCDAZ said:been Blucher said:

I still maintain it should be one per person. If you go with mates on a regular basis you should all roughly be on same points.
I bought mine and my mate who is linked to my account and vice versa, we are both on phase 7 points 570and 580.

West Ham sold out now. It sucks0

I just got two2

Got mine with Valley gold, first game since Chelsea and before that Wembley. Can’t wait15

Managed to get 2 tickets. Anyone know the away pub for West Ham? Or is it best to drink in LB?0

It is an extremely fair system until you get to Phase 7. Someone paying £60 for half a year of Valley Gold membership being ahead of thousands of fans who have spent £1,000+ over two seasons is mind-blowing.AFKABartram said:So there were still several hundred available when it went to VG mark (phase 7), and they all went in about 15 mins.

If they spent thousands then they'd have more loyalty points to buy in earlier phasesJoshrewCAFC said:

It does seem our away support has increased massively over the last few years. Watching season highlights from our prem years there were definitely a lot of games where you could empty seats in the away ends. I don't think that would happen now.5

Next time it's a likely to sell out match I'd suggest using the choose for me button, every time I tried to choose seats they were gone when trying to pay, hit choose from me, allocated them and checked out fine.

Went down to the TO, as I knew there would be an 11 o’clock rush on line, I was number 3 in the queue, probably about 15 in the queue in total. As soon as 11 came I was on my phone and got 2 tickets before the two in front had been sorted and then left the queue.1

Sssssh! Don’t tell everyone!Chef_addick said:Next time it's a likely to sell out match I'd suggest using the choose for me button, every time I tried to choose seats they were gone when trying to pay, hit choose from me, allocated them and checked out fine.2 -
You can buy through the Spanner site quite easily, they're on general sale. I got 4 together.4

I got two at 11am and every time I selected one it sold.. Got there in the end..
The allocation from West Ham is a joke! Less than the Jimmy Seed1 -
Yep, I did the same.Chef_addick said:Next time it's a likely to sell out match I'd suggest using the choose for me button, every time I tried to choose seats they were gone when trying to pay, hit choose from me, allocated them and checked out fine.2 -
What has Millwall got to do with this?Its_Hamer_Time said:You can buy through the Spanner site quite easily, they're on general sale. I got 4 together.5 -
My son, who has the same points as me, has managed to get 2 separate singles via the 'Choose My Ticket' link, so worth giving that a go. He repeatedly refreshed the link and managed to get a second single to add to the one in his basket.1

It shouldn't be too mind blowing, we have the exact same conversation about it at least once a season.JoshrewCAFC said:

The trouble with West Ham being the first away game as well is that you only have one season's worth of ticket history. I'm on 565 pts being a season ticket holder, going to Chelsea, 50 ST bonus pts and 5 out of 23 possible away games (Bristol City, Hull, Coventry, Southampton, Sheff Weds) and this got trumped by 5 pts for phase 7JoshrewCAFC said:

I find it mildly embarrassing my VG membership is worth more than my efforts last season especially given I didn't go to any local away games but equally I guess VG also needs to be able to offer the opportunity to get tickets, of which i've used to get my tickets today and floating it further down the order may have meant missing out on tickets.
I always thought just immediately wiping out the season before's points was always a bit harsh, maybe a rolling two year's history would be good to have but then we all know the rules and it's the same for everyone.1
