    Felt very preseason in the way we tired which is slightly concerning given how soon the Derby game is but definitely a good start given how toothless we looked in some of the previous games. Chalobah made such a huge difference with his control and forward-thinking play but Coventry also added a huge amount to our play going forward which is encouraging. That CM signing is so important, we've seen the effect it can have on the whole team's play now. TC looked like the spark we know he can be in a more natural position so that really highlights the importance of getting a RW in asap. Defence looked fairly untroubled other than the mess for the goal, liked Koumetio and McNamara today. It's a real shame Kelman picked up that injury because we look very light up front at the moment and he'll take some time to get back up to speed.

    Decent workout. Well managed second half aside from the crazy 10 mins or and we did the job first half.

    Chalobah and Grant add a touch of class. TC a different player in this position…. Big year for him.

    McNamara and Kometio look solid but Bjg Billy will make a few cock ups this year IMO.

    Shout out to Mesik, Collins and Alli who all looked decent when they came on.

    Mannion and Kaminski nailed on starters given the respective injuries to Kaminski and Ramsay

    Jones and Koumetio as the CB pairing and I expect Jones might stick with Bell at left back.  

    I’m thinking Doc & Cov start in the middle, and the three behind the forward will be the same.  

    Godden up top again I think 
    That's one way of keeping the ball out of our net.
    Or could mean double the errors.

    Yeah but Jones said it's just a pre season game so results and performances don't matter like innit.

    Really need contracts signed from 3 players before window closes though suspect they’ll want to wind them down

    Had hoped to watch but something cropped up so delighted to return and discover that we won a cup match whilst treating it as a pre season friendly.
