I know you cant judge by a 5 minute youtube clip,but he does look the business.Controls the ball well and sees the early passes that set forwards away,think we could be on a winner here.3

None of us know what we're getting really, we'll have to wait and see. Jones was never going to go for a playmaker though, it's not his style and I don't think it's what we need. We need to dominate the midfield and get the ball to the wingers and Carey/Knibbs so they can get through on goal or feed our striker. Both Ouma and Chalobah appear to bring the physical presence we've been lacking, with a bit of quality to drive the ball forward. I would massively be hoping there's another more creative, forward thinking, playmaker type midfielder being considered still

Well, he’s played in the top levels in Sweden and Poland so that’s not too bad. Seems like he had a discipline issue earlier this year but, hopefully, he’s learned from that. Quite a few caps for Kenya. Young and very energetic by the look of it. And I’m sure he’s excited about coming to play in England. Gives him a big chance to advance his career. On the face of it what’s not to like. Of course only time will tell. Welcome Timmo.5

Based on what we’ve learnt about him in the lat week I am very happy about his signing and even more happy that its a loan deal with option to buy. Given our budget this has the potential to be a very smart signing.1

Assuming the option to buy has the price pre-agreed, and not having to match other offers that may materialise off the back of a good season, this loan with option to buy is the ideal transfer.
