    Carter said the outlay would be similar to last summer. JRS takes the fees to 7-7.5M this summer + wage increases, and last summer we had an initial outlay of 8.9M no way there’s room in the budget for Holsgrove as well. 

    Wherever he ends up can’t wait for Ouma to absolutely two foot him back to Portugal

    I would agree, but Gallagher was signed the following summer. We'd have won the league if we had Cullen, Gallagher and Bielik all at the same time

    I think that can only be judged in hindsight. If I’m honest I’ve never heard of quite a few players that we’ve signed (which would include Holsgrove if we get him) so it’s hard to say we’ve had a blinder of a window without seeing any of these guys play.

    Two different windows. Gallagher was the following year, Cullen, Bielik, and Taylor all came in the summer of what, 2018? And then Gallagher and Cullen (returning) came the following summer. Still, a very good window.

    I think it’s naive to think budgets, player preference etc are static here. If Holsgrove has made himself available and the club think they can get him for a price that makes sense, budget will appear. Especially when by my calculation we’re not yet at last season’s and there is more outgoings to come.

    Estoril get attendances of around 3-4K - it’s obvious that if no one else has come in he’d want to join us

    All depends on how close we're flying yo the SCR limits. There might not be any wiggle room

    I agree, there must be some thinking with Holsgrove that he has the potential to repay any fee we pay for him and even make a profit for the club.

    Yeah I'd much rather sign a player who played over 70 times for Wales, 80+ games in the Prem, 250 games in the championship and 10 UCL appearances...

    And that looks pretty good to me 
    That's literally the opposite of how they play, Campbell prefers the left, JRS plays off the right
