They can’t do anything as I purchased online. I’m going next Saturday, so will get a refund and check them out in the club shop.

Probably just bank the £65 now to be honest.

Think there was one M and one 2XL in the shop at about 1pm yesterday.

Whether there are more in stock but not out front 🤷‍♀️.

Programmes yesterday were only being sold in the club shop and again at about 1pm we were told they had run out. Fortunately bumped into the SLO who kindly went and told them there were plenty more and got them put out.

Absolute madness in that case, hope there's a update on stock soon, was looking to buy the away this week. Wait too long and its pointless buying before the annual January sales.

Do they carry any additional stock? I always thought that the selling-floor covered most of the building's footprint, and that because of the limit space it was a case of what you see is what you get.

Yes, they do. I was in the shop before the PNE game and I needed a different size and the lady went out the back to check. She referred to either a separate stockroom or warehouse elsewhere (can't recall which she said) where extra stock is located.

My only option now is a refund as they no longer have stock of the large. It was not meant to be haha, will try again next season.

    Oh, I see.
Hopefully they can right many wrongs by you ringing them a few days before your next visit and asking them to put things by and you pay on your visit.
We're not Arsenal or Man United and too big to sort this out.
    Good luck.

That was the point I was trying to make tbf.

It seams we have just followed the same pattern as last season with no lessons learnt
  • The shop had L and XL versions of the various shirts on Sunday. Must be a separate stock from the online store. They also had a  small number of the women's shirts in both men's and women's sizes in a corner. First time they've offered replicas of the slightly different women's shirts.

Thanks to the various warnings on here I waited and bought from the shop and I got 1 size up from what I'd buy on the high street. All worked out well, so thanks to everyone who's contributed to the warnings.

Not sure if they're in the shop but the third gk shirt isn't online yet, which typically is the one my eldest son would like for his birthday.

On Sunday they had just home and away keepers in the shop, not third.

One of my biggest issues is they only have full mini kits for kids and my 2 year old is only going to wear the shirt, so paying over £50 for a kit is not worth it when they don’t sell things separately. Which they did last season.

Also, other than the mini kits, there is literally not a single item they sell that’s for ages between 2 years and 6 years as the boys stuff starts from age 6-7.

Apparently trying to grow revenue and grow the fanbase, but doing an almighty shocking job on the retail side because it’s ages between 2-6 where kids start to really get into things so the clear lack of any options is beyond poor.

Having asked the question in the shop, they had no idea and only said they’re trying to push the main shirt sales.

You can make the shop and website look better, but if stock and range of products are rubbish, you aren’t going to improve.

Mini kits have always been the only way to buy for younger children, my boy is 7 and we've always purchased that way. This is the first year his shirt has come without shorts and socks.
