Adam Hollioake needs to give the team a few worda after that Utterly appalling and inept, to give them 300 runs after the start we had. Once again, our bowling has let a team off the hook, whilst Northants gained over over a hundred run advantage on us v Worcs. Once again, our lack of depth in bowling exposed. We will struggle deeply v 1st Division attacks with our bowling. Can only hope we make a decent score, but I don't have confidence in that either. Cannot be struggling v teams like Derbyshire. We are in the more again..We will struggle to get past 150 at this rate. The 175 for two wickets gi en to Derbyshire is hurting us. This really is frustrating. We should be doing better then this. What were Crawley and Northeast doing? They should be knuckling down in the situation. It really is quite frustrating. Better to be found out now, I guess, then in Division 1. Foreman LBW for and excellent 49 (87) out of a total of 93-4 (29.2)
I questioned why we hadn't previously utlised Foreman instead of Parkinson given the latter's inability to take wickets in the prevalent conditions and the former's ability as an all rounder, including in the field.

Signing him up on a proper contract seems a no brainer. Not good for Parkinson's future though, when you can bring in a spinner who has more control and can bat.6

The other major by-product of Foreman's innings is that he has elongated the batting line up with Benjamin, Ekansh and Stewart coming in at 7,8 & 9. He probably would not have got 49 coming in at 9 and gives licence to Stewart to open his shoulders given what is to come.2

Aatif Nawaz just spoke about these games on TMS. Not in much detail but did pick out a Kent boy that played well. About 1hr 50 mins in if you want to pass on AAAddick Addict said:

Above all, though, it was a fantastic day for the boys and girls, their coaches and not forgetting the families and friends supporting them. The use of all the facilities to change, dine, train and play on the hallowed turf will always remain with them. The games were live streamed with professional commentators and many players of old including the likes of Mike Gatting and Ed Smith, master of ceremonies, were there. The final results were, almost, incidental.1 -

Thanks, I will mention it to Seb. Assuming that this is the opener, he plays for Sidcup and has appeared in a half a dozen games in their 1st X1. In addition to the MCC team, he was also in the Kent Regional squad Seb now manages and his success demonstrates the depth of the Kent age group (CAG) squad this last year. Hopefully, he will now make the step up to CAG this coming year.fenaddick said:

One is Aarav Gupta, the Boys U15 opener I mentioned above and who scored 63 * but the other is Annabelle Howe who is an unbelievable talent. Annabelle is 10 (TEN for those who remember the old videprinter that used to do that when a football team achieved a score of the nature) years old, scored 12 and took a wicket too for the Kent West Girls U17 side. Special dispensation had to be granted from both the parents and the ECB to allow someone so young to play for an U17 side and she became the youngest player ever to take the field in a match at Lord's. Although one can never say for certainty how a player is going to develop, that is a seriously freakish achievement.2 -

For god sake, I left the Kent fans Facebook page due to this sort of irrational posting. Please don’t tell me I have to stop looking at this site too?your posts on here have literally been the same, utterly depressing to read . We are still ahead, we have two home games on the bounce, it’s far from over.
We finished rock bottom last year, this year albeit didn’t start well has been a major improvement in this format. it’s not the end of the bloody world6 -
