    Back on the topic of the fans bar. 

    The queue was one deep and I still waited ten minutes. Fantastic stuff.

    Woman that served me watched me walk all the way up to bar and then turned her back and started talking when I got there. After a couple of minutes, she asked for my order, took payment and then just stood there. I actually had to point out that the bloke behind her had poured two beers and put them on the side... I only wanted one. 

    Inside the stadium my son coerced me into buying an £8 burger. I got a bit annoyed when he said he didn't like it after one bite, until I tried it. Genuinely don't know how it's possible to make a burger that bad. And £8!? A rustler burger would have been better. I've avoided food in the stadium for a long time based on past experience and somehow it's got worse.

    The bar was pouring froth for ages today. Queue backed up. Staff didn't seem to know what to do. How is this still happening? Gavin seemed on the case with this shit, has he given up...?

    And our pal was disappointed to learn there were no bottles of London Pride at either bars in there today. 

    Perhaps they've never heard of supply & demand.

    They finally had Cherry Pepsi Max in there today. Small wins and all that. Maybe they do monitor the 'Fans' mailbox after all.

    Had a drink in fanzone at half time as no queue. Weird its empty and theyve poured 100 pints ready whilst everyone in the ground is queuing. Was glorious in the sun.

    Got into Fan's bar about 2:15 Saturday - asked for 2 pints of Meantime IPA - "sorry we've run out", OK so 1 pint of the Stout...filled a pint 2/3 full and ran out!  How can they run out of beer on their only busy day!!?

    Just got back from the Welling game (2 nil, up the Wings!) and a Guinness in the bar was £6! Must be among the cheapest prices you can find for a pint in this part of London.

    I suspect it’s because they waste so much of it when pouring it. It often seems that every pint needs a pint and a half, sometimes more, of frothed up beer to be poured to provide a pint of beer to a customer.

    it would be interesting to know how many pints per barrel are sold by the club compared to how many are sold per barrel by a pub.

    do the club make it clear that the fanzone is open at HT - I've never seen anything, not that I'd use it being in the NU

    They used to but the only talk I saw about it from fans was that it was hard to actually get to it

    Once again, too many questions but methinks we won't get any answers to sensible ones like this. 

    There really seems very little point in wasting our breath to help these owners  minimise any losses & maximise supporter approval.

    Seems they know best ....
