    The connectivity here at Canterbury is almost as bad as The Valley. There’s wi-fi but it drops off with annoying regularity and the 5G might as well be 2G.
    Anyway, 303/7 and a lead of 74. And tea will be late again.

    My thinking is a cushion in the event of an over rate points deduction. We’re not used to batting points and Northants didn’t get any

    Gloucs haven't officially replaced him. They've just been using a sub fielder. They can still replace him but it would have to be a like-for-like player. As they don't have a keeper/batter there, as far as I'm aware, I'm not sure that they would get away with replacing him with a batter. Would seem harsh if they can't given batting is every modern day keeper their primary skill.
