    Hello, Goodbye - The Beatles.

B-Side was I Am The Walrus.

It was also number 1 in the US.   A rare thing, apparently.

But held at number 2 in Australia by Snoopy's Christmas, by The Royal Guardsmen.  Although it went number one there as well soon after.

    Who knew?  🤷🏻‍♂️

  • Pretty Woman
The first record I ever owned.

We'd just got a record player and Dad treated me and my brother.  I still think it was a good choice.  The shop was in Grove Park and was called Hills ... I think.

A Tree in the Meadow by Dorothy Squires.

    Lucky old me !

I do know that she was once married to Roger Moore ( 007) & lived in Bexley....where I was born !
She lived down the road from us at the time, where the road ’Duke’s Orchard’ now sits.

@Golfaddick and @LargeAddick went and watched her house burn down. I wasn’t allowed to go.
