Might be a daft question but how are fans being allowed out of the ground, back into The Fan Zone at half time and then back into the ground again?2121 said:Talking of waste, there a hundreds of pints poured in the fanzone at half time, and only a handful of people in there, whilst everyone in west lower is queuing!
Also, if The Fan Zone is pouring hundreds of pints at half time with nobody buying, another daft question maybe but why would they keep pouring hundreds of pints each game to go to waste? Surely you would learn after one game not to make the same mistake? Then walked back, knocked on the door, steward let me in and rejoined the game. Was pretty easy all in all.Like someone said, i think they close or man the main gates. It is baffling they dont advertise it more, or open the west lower, or stop pouring pints out there!3 -
Result on Saturday...3 pints of the nice, but overpriced Meantime IPA...went to pay and card machine was broken...don't worry she said "just take it" ... so we did!9

Free tickets, free drinks ....
No wonder the faithful are questioning their level of importance to the owners.

Can someone explain to me how the speedy bar in the lower covered end works?
I went to the 3 man queue on Saturday and waited about 10 minutes, then they couldn't take mastercard.
But my favourite bit was that they had about 50 pints pre poured in a shelf visible to us all and then poured your drink when you asked for it?6 -

Also means no one can sneak in from the street1 -
Yet again fanzone looked easy to get a pint. Loads pre poured probably went to waste! Was busier than normal tho0

me too, but standard of service and quality of pint was usual poor standard. In the past I would have completed the survey form but Ive been doing that for years and nothing changesDOUCHER said:2
